Now Hiring - Sales Assistant (Chinese language required) in Atlanta, GA

Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant who is fluent in Chinese to join our seafood company. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with sales calls and appointments, in Chinese when necessary.
• Research potential customers and generate new leads.
• Follow up with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions, in Chinese when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on the Chinese-speaking market.
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, in Chinese when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and market trends.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of seafood products and the seafood industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
• Lifting and carrying marketing materials and products.
• Driving to and from customer locations.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
